Terms & Conditions

Classes

Classes are non-refundable however we will always do our best to re-sell a place if you are unable to attend so please get in touch as soon as possible via email stitchandkin@gmail.com. Places can also be transferred to someone else in your place.

Payment can be made on the website using a credit or debit card or PayPal. We do not store or have access to your bank details. This is securely processed by Stripe or PayPal.

Refunds for Online Store

Any goods purchased from the website can be returned within 14 working days of receiving the goods. You have the right under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to change your mind you may return the item(s) to us at your own cost. You will be refunded for the cost of the item only. All postage costs are non refundable. You will be refunded upon receipt of the item to us. It’s advised you send the goods back to us using a trackable service to ensure the goods reach us. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, with all original packaging.

If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund or replace the item within 30 working days. If you would like to return goods please use the form at the bottom of the page and we will be in touch with our return address etc.

Other T&CS

Stock may not be updated at time of purchase so delays or refunds may be issued.

Our website is manually updated so pricing and stock errors may occur, in the event this does happen, orders may be cancelled until correct amount is paid by the customer.

Gift cards are available on the site and will expire after 2 years.
